Meet Hannah
Founder | Lead Skills Coach
With a background that spans collegiate coaching, skill development, and hockey operations, I bring a comprehensive approach to training athletes both on and off the ice.
Coach Hannah spent time behind the bench with the University of Maine (NCAA Division I). That experience gave me firsthand insight into what it takes to compete and succeed at the highest levels of hockey. Before coaching at the collegiate level, my journey began in the Washington, D.C. area, where I worked with youth athletes across various programs, age groups and skill levels. Focusing on technical development—like skating, shooting, and puck handling.
Along with founding 41:Elite, I serve as a college hockey advisor with Women’s College Hockey Recruiting (WCHR), where I assist student-athletes and their families in navigating the often-complex recruiting process. My role allows me to provide mentorship, strategic guidance, and honest feedback to players looking to compete at the next level.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Coaching from George Mason University. I understand the demands of balancing academics, athletics, and personal growth and I bring that same understanding into every coaching session, consult, and conversation.
I launched 41:Elite Training and Development to give players access to coaching that’s not only high-quality, but deeply intentional. I believe in developing the whole athlete. With training that sharpens skills, builds confidence, and instills a love for the game that lasts far beyond a final whistle.
Above all, I believe in coaching with purpose: developing athletes who are not only strong on the ice, but resilient in life. Whether it’s building skills, boosting confidence, or chasing college goals, I’m here to walk alongside each player on their journey and push them to reach their next level.
